Union Avenue Residences is a 16-unit Permanent Supportive Housing community located at 14205 Union Avenue in Orland Park. Developed in partnership with Sertoma Centre, the residence provides quality housing for adults with disabilities in a park-like downtown setting.

Located on a 0.7-acre property within walking distance of community amenities, the development offers residents greater independence and connection to the surrounding community. The land was donated by the Village of Orland Park.
