Trinity Park Vista is a 16-unit permanent supportive housing community developed for Trinity Services, Inc. Completed in 2018, the project expands housing opportunities for adults with disabilities in Northlake, Illinois.
Situated at 1 E. Lakewood Terrace, the property is located within Northlake's downtown business district, offering residents convenient access to nearby employment opportunities, shopping, and everyday services.
The development was made possible in part through a land donation from the City of Northlake. As part of the city's broader downtown revitalization efforts, Trinity Park Vista brings much-needed supportive housing to an established, walkable neighborhood.
